Nothing in particular, it really depends on the work environment. Ive worked in good offices and Ive worked jobs in offices that other people would absolutely despise.

I think the pros of working in an office has more to do with your own tastes, the nature of your work as well as the relationship with your co-workers. Some people prefer not working in an office but i don't see myself in any position where a considerable amount of my time wasn't spent either behind a computer screen, on a telephone or in a meeting.

One deffinate plus is that you're not exposed to the extremes of the weather, but some people like chewy dont care.

There's a nap room at my office (score for extra zombie feeling days)

Woking somewhere with like 250 people, knowing all their names and getting along fine with everyone is pretty rad. You get that family vibe going on.
