working out at the wee hours of the morning!
fucking love it!!!
best way to start you're day! i find myself alot more energetic and alert throught the day! i haven't drank even a single cup of coffee since i started! the best thing too is that i find myself falling asleep ALOT faster since i started! (before it took me up to an hour to fall asleep, now i'm out like a light in less than 10 minutes!) i recommend to anyone trying to get themselves on a fitness plan to schedule you're workout first thing in the morning (if at all possible). and before you give that bullshit excuse "i'm not a morning person" trust me, anyone that knows me personaly knows i'm not a morning person, but after a few days, you WILL be a morning person. try it out! |

dude, it fucking rules! the benefits are totally worth it!
on top of that, it's better to do it right when you wake up cause you will have the most energy without eating, your muscles will be fresh and ready to go from sleep, and afterwards you eat a big breakfast and you're ready to begin your day! :) |

your testosterone levels are higher in the morning, Working out at that time is more beneficial to muscle development.
I wish i was able to workout in the morning, after work im always quite beat. All you people with gym's at your work better use them!!! |

^^ i need to start my am workouts again, they are so great. Its a perfect way to start your day. I am way to tired to go to the gym after work, by the time I am finished work and drive home I am beat! I do go, but my workouts are not great.......tommorrow I am going early!
