^^ Retail I think would be cool :) that's awesome Thanks so much! :) Definatly I will come in and check it out. I do have to say though that I will be going to college in Sept however they will be night classes. on Tuesday it will be 4-6:30pm and thurs 4-9:30pm So if that's okay ill definatly come and see you and drop off a resume

AT MOST call and thank them for the interview. Though, if you already thanked the guy who interviewed you, that's kind of pointless.

For any professional job it is standard to send a thank you letter or card. :)

It shows you really want the job and gives you a chance to restate your strong points and what you can bring to the operation.

In this case if you know you aren't getting this job, I suggest you still send a letter and thank the interviewer for their time and advice. It may keep your name at the top of the resume pile for the next time around or for a different job that comes up in the next while.

^ It depends on WHY you didn't get the job.
She has his card, and directions to "call him" if she figures out what she wants to do career-wise. Until she knows, there's nothing a thank-you letter will do for her.

I'd still send one. Its why I always get a card; So I can put the persons proper title on the letter.

so i know you already went thru the interview, but i wanted to add whats a great "interview outfit".. wear something thats a bit dressy, kinda classy but with some colour and shows your personality. :)

Sweater vests rock for interviews.
You can wear a cool tank or sweater underneath, or even a polo.
They look great with cute accessories, too!

Hehe I can't wait for my next interview! :D i dont know why lol usally im shy and not really outspoken however im so excited! ps. Natalie Ill drop by tomorrow or friday with my resume and application....would you conduct the interview that day? (that way i don't dress scrubby) and should i bring a reference list?
