ok, as lazy as i am,
i looked it up.
it says "up to" 43% chicken breast.
which means anywhere between 1 to 43%.
in my book,
in order for something to be genuinely something,
it has to be >50% of that something.
so kfc popcorn chicken is not really chicken,
but something else mentioned below.

I really like the stats for the crispy twister.

1 of them has

%58 of your daily fat intake
%38 of your daily saturated fat intake
%69 of your daily sodium intake

and thats probably one of the better menu items
