To be honest, I always thought it would be one of those snakes that would get him.
Stingray. Seriously.... well, that's Australia for you. So many critters out there can deliver the insta-death if you're not careful. At least we can say he went out doing what he enjoyed. Few can claim otherwise.

i admire his life. hes lived one of adventure, doing what he loved,was highly praised and had a lovely family.
it dosent really get anybetter then that. also his death,tragic as it is, is fitting. i dont think there is any better way to go then while doing what you really really love to do know what i mean? he loved animals and shooting docs. at least he died doing what he loved to do and not in some rubbish car accident. a good way to go if you ask me.
