Not to the degree that is currently accelerating in the world. Part of such an increasing impact on the environment itself is directly connected to us. So, YES, it is partially "climate change" more noticeable in some areas than others.

thats just the sun folks. look at any lawn that is not watered regularly and is exposed to the sun. brown as a mofo.

umm , no.. the first pic was before summer, When there was plenty of snow on the mountains and an abundant supply of water for the plants. Now that summer has arrived and the rain has stopped all the plants no longer have the same source of water. Take your lawn for example. Its nice and green in the spring and then dies in the summer. This is the weather pattern that we have had for hundreds of years.
