Two movies for Heroes fans in the next couple of years.
Masi Oka (Hiro) has been busy lately. Two movies that have already made my must-see list he's scheduled to be in over the next year or so.
1) Balls of Fury ( 2007 ) Comedy involving mob bosses and ping-pong tournaments. Sounds twisted, right? To sweeten the deal Christopher Walken is playing the ping-pong obsessed crime boss. OH FUCK YEAH. Ping Pong + Walken = This year's Snakes On A Plane. Due out at the end of August. 2) Get Smart ( 2008 ) When I first heard they were remaking the old Don Adams TV show I almost cried. I couldn't figure any which way they could make it work. Until I just now read that they have Mel Brooks working on it and they've cast Steve Carell to fill Adams' shoes.
