I've only played WoW for a week, from what I remember it had much longer cool downs and a few other differences.
I should have probably been clearer:
Guild Wars has a more dungeon running feel due to instant map travel, and instanced dungeons. It's not so much about levels, since you max at level 20. It's more about finding the best build for your character. Big bonus is the lack of monthly feels, but then it's not an MMorpg, more of a MMORPG light.
WoW has a more open world epic feel. Leveling up is a big part, and taking part in much larger battles/raids. WoW is a larger and heavily supported world as well. But does take a lot of time to get to most of the content.
Both have their pro's and con's and different people will favor different games.
