Batman: Arkham Asylum

I'm really hoping that this actually turns out to be the first Batman game that's worth playing. From what I've seen out of trailers so far it sure looks like it will. Probably the one game I'm most hyped about for the next while.

Gamestop has the new release date set for 9/01/2009, which is the same date set for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance II. So unless one of them has a date change, DC and Marvel will be going head to head with two highly anticipated games.

Demo for Arkham Asylum is out for both 360 and PS3!

I just made my way through the 360 demo and this game is fucking slick! The focus seems to be on predatory attacks which is hell of cool. It's not so much stealth as stealth implies there might be some sort of weakness on the side of the attacker. Straight up predatory as the baddies don't stand a chance!

Voice acting is stellar and the demo does a great job of sucking you into the story right from the start.

This game is definitely even higher on my must have list now!
