There was a MOD for Wolfenstein 3D back in the day that did similar things. Also in Quake I believe... racially motivated 1st Person Shooters aren't new.

I tried to dl'd for humour sake... product not available anymore.

a friend of mine in highschool did something equally stupid. He spent months of free time creating a 'racial ranking'. Went through history, giving grades to different cultures performances in different areas, and ranked them from top 'superior' to the bottom 'most inferior'.

I told him he needed to get laid..
