Then shouldn't this thread be named "The War At Home Appreciation Thread?"
Aw, shit, who am I kidding? I prolly woulda said something anyway. I just watched another ten minutes of this show like an hour ago. I now have three more grey hairs. *poof*
Here's what I saw: Rappaport saw his kid getting bossed around by his new girlfriend. He watched his wife let their other son run away over tickets to Lord Of The Rings On Ice. His wife, while scrubbing and cleaning the bathroom, asks Rappaport to do a few very simple tasks (like picking up a prescription, dropping of so-&-so wherever). Then he goes all in her face and attacks his wife for being bossy like the kid's girlfriend. I didn't need to see the end of the episode. I know how it ends. I've seen it done on every other family show ever made, drilled into the ground by Ray Romano. His wife freaks feeling unappreciated, Rappaport realizes his mistake after sleeping on the couch or talking to his neighbour over the fence/his best friend/some guy on a bus/God/whatever and crawls back to his wife (his wife may also realize she's a little controlling after talking to someone or seeing something somewhere and it's a joint reconciliation). In the meantime, the young kid breaks up with the bitch in some hilarious fashion (she pushes him too far/he takes a lesson from his dad/she cheats on him/whatever). The son who ran away gets returned by the cops/has a heart to heart with someone on the bus or wherever/the parents have to go get him/runs into someone he knows/whatever. How close was I?
