If you think that all I post is negativity, then being oblivious is obviously your job.

I never said that this rave was bad.

Gravy it is mate...

(And I'm still waiting for a more proper review of what DJ Dan and Gaz West played - anyone?)

shit dude why did you miss dark by design? he played the best set all night by far.

i cant really remember any particular tracks he played, me and justin were wayyyy too baked. but the sounds in the tracks were beyond anything ive heard from him man. his fills were pure mind fuck.

i could maybe explain it better in person tho bro. next time i see you :amuse:

The Party was sick. a little too much House in the Breaks room but that seems to be at every PNE party now. Me and my friends thought this was one of the funnest parties we have been to in a long time. just over all had a wicked time. haha i seen some under covers busting people left right and center. Yoji is crazy i actually caught a large portion of his set this time. thanks to all who came to check me out.

Thanks Solid, another sweet party.

laterz

Yeah, I actually have to agree with Firewire. There was no vibe at that party. None. That doesn't mean that there's no vibe at ANY parties though. White actually had a really good vibe to the party, and MLC was pretty packed. Fusion Dreams had tons of people, but no vibe.

I think my favourite song of the night was DJ Dan throwing down a sick housey/breaks mix of Timbaland - Give it to Me. Got me HELLA stoked.

hmm...i got there shortly before 11; just in time to catch the shy brothers's set. :)

i went back & forth between the main area & the local djs area out front near the doors during greg downey's "interesting" ('cause he seemed to be fairly drunk,) yet still oddly very enjoyable set. :|

& it made me smile when i saw dj flave scratch w/ his foot. i was exactly infront of his turntables to the right, so i got a perfect view of it. :D

anyway. i thought yoji's set was great, (track IDs-wise; i don't really have anything in particular to comment on technical-wise,) mainly 'cause my ears are clearly not exposed to a lot of hardhouse. :cheesy: so, it was a VERY refreshing change. =) but yea...i thought that nintendo bullish he spun was laaaaame though. :suspicious: but i lol'ed @ the tom jones thing.:P

as soon as yoji finished, i headed straight to the house area again, ('cause i clearly don't enjoy listening to hardstyle =/) to catch the last bit of dj dan's set & stayed there 'til 5:45'ish when i headed on home. ahaha... bouncing up & down to some good-ol' fashioned house @ 5 in the morning is where it's @, ladies & gentlemen.

anyway. i enjoyed myself, once again & can't wait for the next few events! :D

^ in the main-room?

if so, yes... I turned it down a bit. Man, it was destroying my ears most of the night, way too loud. Treble wise.. Even with ear plugs i was going crazy..

then again i was sober enough...

as for the "housy breaks mix of timbaland"
... im not sure of that track.... but timbaland is a long time breaks producer......... chances of his song being breakbeats? pretty damn good haha
