great party!
my only complaints were the line-up ( I got there a little late) and how shitty the toilets got... like actually shitty! how the f**k does someone shit on the f**kin wall! it made me resort to peeing in the bush.. which I dont mind but I walked into some thorns and my legs still feel like burning and stinging haha Ran into a TON of ppl and it was awesome got to get my dance on for most of the night all in all I had a real good time :)

Good seeing those that I did -- missed a lot of you though!
Some of the stages were pretty crazy... good to see. Technical/setup wise, Precise and I have never played on anything worse EVER. Got outta there as soon as we were done at 4:30am. Looking forward to Summer Break.

i pretty much had mixed thoughts on this party...
mnemonic stage really put out for me, big up mnemonic there was a deliciously huge quantity of good quality breakbeatz last night. like the kind of throbbin breakz that hurt your body when your dancin to it at 6 am.:nuts: but my night was pretty mediocre till final set... big up silverwaters for feeding me mass amounts of jungle to finish the party. rinsin it out till power cut  i love being one of the only people sober enough to still party at 9 am, throwin down on sketchy sunday there was again this year, no lack of booty. the downside being it was tons o nooby booty. ah well, i get older, they stay the same age. but the only place i found much vibe was at the jungle stage, and ree fresh obviously... the worst con was deffinitely the TERRIBLE setup, which brought on massiv amounts of soundclash. deffinitely need to organize the stages better. oh yah big up reefresh it was pretty solid, as usual. except when that dude trainwrecked and then spent 5 minutes explaining what a trainwreck is to the crowd... :notrust: Last edited by GSG9; Aug 05, 07 at 03:59 PM.

As it has been every year that I've been a photographer, there's always confusion when I first show up at the door. This year Avana's mom was actually REALLY nice about it though :) and I got in with no incident. However, after standing in the VIP lineup for about 20 minutes, I realized I didn't have my car keys. Not a good way to start off the night. They ended up still in my car, so everything worked out there. Security this year seemed a lot less nazi than the ones last year.
All the stages had killer setups this year. WAY better than last year. Sound bleeding was terrible this year though. Oddly enough, during the night, I pretty much seen nobody I knew. Maybe 5 or 6 people. I seen lots of people once the sun came up though. The few people I did see said the same thing as well. Music seemed to be a lot better earlier in the night. Whoever was on 10-11 on the Calgary stages tore it up. Wicked, wicked set. Project One played a killer hard house set. That was probably the best set I've ever seen him play. There was a HUGE crowd there the whole set. Other than that, there wasn't any other set that really stood out to me. Early in the night, it seemed like every stage was playing "Push Up", and later in the night everyone was playing "Pictures". Both good songs, so I can't complain. It seemed like there were a lot more good stages this year than last, but no stage that rocked all night long like the Vision1 stage last year. All in all, it was a good Apex, but not as good as 9 or 10 I thought.

Had a great time as always, good music constantly right up until I left at about 5am. Had a good time just wandering from stage to stage checking out what was going on.

I am so ridiculously tired!
I got home at almost 930 this morning... than had to work at 10. Pretty awesome! I spent a long time in lineup... I was drunk... I sobered up. I lost everyone inside. I never saw RC's set, which pisses me off. He was playing right? That was basically what I was looking forward to. Had fun at ree fresh & boomch, except for those gold men. I don't know how I felt about those gold men. So yeh. I didn't get to see anyone basically. I left my cell phone in the tent so I wouldn't lose it so I wasn't very intouch with anyone. I agree with the setup in the stages, made the sound kind of messy, but hey. Good turn out this year.

I got my bag back. I know this is a slim to none chance of getting it back, but I still am missing my camera and if anyone finds it, there will be a reward. My bestfriends wedding photos are on that camera. I really hope someone finds it.
