first the new windows live program you brought, somehow, has everything except messenger installed, then it won't sync with my laptop and upload any new jpeg files and now the today screen has reverted back to the 5.1 interface while i was sleeping and i can't find the fucking function in the S2U2 settings to fix it.

come fix this bastardly device before it takes flight out my window.

why did it go flawlessly for your phone and mine is buggy as fuck?

oh and SOME-FUCKING-HOW even though it doesn't seem to have live messenger installed, it sure managed to sync all 200 contacts on my .NET passport into my phone contact list. oh yeah, it's a real fucking treat.

some digging about the phone i have and mobile 6 revealed this:

then i read further.

"i'm onto my second utstarcom ppc from telus, the first month with the first device i had the following problems.
* would not sync with my pc, even after spending 10 hours on the phone with telus and utstarcom tech support
* constantly tried to connect to evdo service even when the data sevices had been turned off in the com manager
* backlight turns off while in use, only way to get it to turn on is to do a reset
* infrared will ot work either

after a month of this telus gave me a new device stating the first one is faulty

i'm going to do some therapy yelling at the store, they already hate me there because they fucked up my bill and passively aggressively chose to not fix it despite the harassment. so i did it myself.
they hate me there.
all the more reason for me to go and try to make them fix this.

keep in mind that when i bought this phone and took it there to be activated onto my acct, the boy helping me COULDN'T EVEN TURN OFF MY PHONE.

you didn't just refer to him as K-dawg, did you?

i'm not pissed at him, i just want to try to correct any errors because it's getting progressively buggy and i think it could ruin this handset if left for too long.

if he did it right, then he needs to come reinstall some of the software because i know it was the same software he used on his phone and i've used the very functions on his phone that don't work on mine with no problem.
that and i won't be able to surrender my phone to him for the time needed to sort this out after today, at least not for a week or so.

this is not the first time i've noticed his remarkable ability to just vanish and the resurface a week later saying something like "oh i was at my parents for a week doing some remodeling, were you looking for me?"
just amazing.
