Some tv's can actually get it, but old tv's that just have up to channel 99 cant.
a vcr can fix the problem.... but eventually everything is going to be broadcasted in digital, USA is already starting to enforce it.
Shaw currently offers analog, digital, and HD.. VCR's can only do analog. So, eventually you'll be forced to buy a digital box.


Now, digital boxes are quite cheap these days, but I can only imagine that when the switchover occurs they will probably go up in price.
