Americans
I have a quick question to put out there to all the people out here doing these thread things, What is up with Canadians Hating Americans. Ive bin up there a couple times and everywhere i go, i get dirty looks, and nasty remarks, and only thought it was just the crowd that was out that night, but, now i am getting negative feed back from threads on this web site. Worst of all a thread dished to me, had an attachment of a burning flag attached to it. Thanx Everyone666.

Everyone66 is a jack ass. Pay no attention. Not all Canadians hate on all Americans, but there are some pretty bonehead Americans out there. Not to say that you are, just saying is all.

I agree with you totally, and im not paying attention to him, seriously, it was that whole burning of the american flag thing that got to me.

That American flag burning thing is another way to push your buttons. It's an easy way to get an American riled up because let's face it their so Patriotic.

Everyone666 is obviously a tool. I think the anti-american sentiment is mostly derived from the policies and actions of your governing body (the softwood lumber thing is a good example - North American Free *wut* Agreement?), but through miracle of human nature it gets redirected at Americans in general. maybe they're jealous of your freeway system, i know i am. Or that you can get a 40 of vodka for $11 - do you have any idea how cheap that is!? Or maybe they are just angry people that need someone to hate.
Take stock in the fact that the majority of people who still use both hemispheres of their brains' know that (aside from slightly different fast food chains - damn i wish we had more Taco Bells) Canadian/American cultures really only vary on the surface; hell, we're even patriotic, it just comes across differently on the surface(we make fun of our country to show our love for it). So really, Canadians that feel the need to hate American culture are simply hating themselves.

the only reason why we (canadians) hate on americans is because americans give canadians a bad reputation, since we are such close nieghboures...the difference isnt all that clear to the rest of the world..
and to make a point your post in the simply music section just started you off on a bad foot. americans are not liked mostly by canadians due to our drunkin friendly behavior and way of life. We charish our home and native land, we have true patriot love in all our suns comand. Our national anthum doesnt say with glowing hearts for nothing, and when you watch american news all you see is WAR WAR WAR KILL KILL KILL BOMB BOMB BOMB POWER POWER GREEEEED. and that is not what canadians are all about. we are a happy and content people. we look out for our fellow lumber jack, ya dig. We are proud of our country and our world and we dont like how americans are fuckin shit up.. ya dig? so its not necessarily a hate on you, it is just a stereotype that you fall into, now you know how coloured people feel when you judge them on race and schemas, judge not what you do not know based on others, for everyone is individual and different. i am canadian, and i am fucking PROUD of it. welcome to Fnk. :297: -angel

All I have to say is that I got my passport stolen in Amsterdam and for some reason the person turned it into the police so I could continue on with my trip.
What that says about being Canadian I have no idea. I'm bored.

Im not dis agreeing with you, or anything, it was just that 666 guy and the picture of the burning american flag. I may not beleive in what my government is doing, or how they are solving the problems here, but i am american, always will be, and i love that flag to death. I took total disrespect to all that flag nonsense earlier. Im not to timing. I am a United States American, and i just have to say let me be. Why would you start critizing me because of who i am and thaen blame it on my government. I agree with you 100%, I want out of the military, but its not that easy.

Ya so did the American's ever find all those chemical weapon's they were talking about, i don't think they did. What did all those people die for?.
Oh yea they wanted control over oil, that's it. RIP all the American soldier's that died, and all the Iraqi people that died for cheaper gas prices.

For once i agree with you 666, but thats not the reason why we(troops) went over there, We went there for the September 11 incident. It just so happened that while me and all my fellow soldiers were out there, they decided to use chemical warfare as an excuse. Maybe for cheaper gas. Did it work, no, gas is at a record hi, and it sucks. You cant blame all the americans for people dying, or dying them selves.

afraid they will become assimilated look at the franchises in canada, all major stores, save a few, are all american owned plus americans have the free trade agreement working for them also if the situation were reversed you guys would be pissed off as well now that the George W came in and started "the war on Terrorism" which most people, myself included, really don't like what is going on. this just makes it really easy to blame the States fore everything like you guys are the reason I didn't get laid last night thanks alot :P

Well im sorry you didnt get laid last night, i'd say, come down here and you can meet some american girls, but there bitches. I met alot of Canadian girls, and they were actually nice, and really good tour guides, and no offense, A really good lay.
