Whalley will in fact though be knocked out once we invest the money into bonds and work off the interest.

However, that'll require a couple of strategic bombings followed by a little bit of exploitation of the American Government. This requires a Republican in power as well.

If you can get us doing this before the Democrats take over, Pbreak, I'm all ears.
