throughout the day.. an apple, brocoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast, salt n vinegar chips, turkey sandwich and tiny tiny bit of strawberry cheesecake ice cream [like 2 spoonfuls].

and to drink.. 1 pepsi.. and 4 or so random glasses of water.

this morning i had 2 nectarines, some organic vanilla yogurht, 2 caramel rice cakes and a couple pretzels

i just finished a boccoccini and tomato salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

i think i got a bag of salt and vinegar ms vickies in my bag, i think i'ma go chomp on em now
and for tonight, i think i'll hit up nats pizza for a slice of maranara pizza with honey on top..and maybe some biscotti/ferraro roche gelato to top it off
oh yea, and i just got a bottle of vanilla stoli that i'm going to be drinking at the beach

today has just begun for me... but already i have had 3 hot dogs, 2 bowls of cereal, 5 or 6 huge cheese biscuits, 1 can of bob the builder pasta in tomato sauce, and a coke.

i am now on my way to wendy's...

Morning: NOTHING

Afternoon: pizza slice, cookie, diet coke, hot dog, diet coke, diet coke

Evening: 2 popsicles, 2 mini coffee crisps, can of coke, bbq chips

...im sure ill consume more...im a pig.
