What Did YOU eat today?
I swear i ate far too much.
Morning: bannana, mango, dipp bar x 2, orange juice. Afternoon: Slurpee, glazed doughnut, turkey sandwhich, cup of soup, diet coke. Night: Slice of strawberry cheese cake, lays bbq chips, coke. Im so done. That's too much right? im 5 foot eleven, but i think i over eat. |

i was too busy to eat during most the day, but since i've gotten home i've had....
2 peanut butter sandwiches. 1 package of ichiban 1 bowl of salad 1 big bowl of chicken (yeah that's right i said a BOWL of chicken) and i've had a beer. |

ummm
well i woke up too late to have breakfast so i went straight for lunch so.. lunch: 1 piece cod, french fries (the baked ones..mmm mccain....) diet pepsi iced tea lots o water dinner: 1/2 a veggie burger...a few fries...and a margarita... might have a sorbet and creamsicle thing later...they're freakin awesome and like 0 fat...and 50 calories...mmmmmmmmmm...they're my not so guilty but still feel guilty pleasure |

um, that's a whole lot of empty calories. not healthy at all.
i had: breakfast: piece of toast with peanut butter strawberries tea lunch: turkey sandwich cherries ice cream dinner: sandwich (ham, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, mmm) carrots dessert: chopped up strawberries and banana with diet lemon yogurt bacardi breezer yum yum. |

Breakfast:
Fruit and Nut granola bar Break : A few pieces of popcorn Lunch: Penne with butter, salt and pepper Dinner: Portabello mushroom fajita 2 Malibu & Pineapple Evening: Apple-Orange-Peach juice And of course I drink probably 5-6 mugs of water during the course of my work day. Tara, there's nothing wrong with the AMOUNT that you eat, it's WHAT you're eating. These edits would make your daily food intake A LOT healthier: Morning: banana, mango, granola bar, orange juice. Afternoon: glass of water, small cookie, turkey sandwhich, cup of soup, 100% fruit juice. Night: strawberries/strawberry (frozen) yogurt, rice cakes, 100% fruit juice. Cut out most of the crap you're eating and I GUARANTEE that you will feel so much more energized and healthy! Also, eat a PROPER meal at dinner! I cut out pretty much all of the crap in my diet and I feel soooooo much better, not to mention the fact that I don't get headaches anymore, and I don't gain/lose weight at the drop of a hat! My other tip is to only eat until you're full, then stop. One of my biggest problems is that I love food sooooo much I was just eating for the sake of eating! That's a big no-no on a daily basis (but sometimes you can let yourself indulge). |
