fast metabolism
yoga (shut up. it's relaxing and lengthens your muscles and body) and plus before my knees got fucked up i used to run long distance track and the whole anorexic look is pretty in with long distance. or you could do what my friends in the fashion programme and dance programme at school do...they only eat oatmeal and drink fruit juice. but i wouldn't recommend that because for some "unknown" reason, they all get really tired and even faint. good times! -s. |

-walk/bike everywhere you can
-drink lots of water ( I try and drink at least 2 litres a day) -dont eat at least 4-5 hours before bed time (when your asleep your body has no way of burning that food so it just kinda "sits") -beer=bad. Crash diets are really bad for you and you almost always gain it all back...plus some! What most those yuppies wont tell you is that the best diet is exercise & eating properly. I've had weight issues pretty much my whole life (due to my training I was already dieting by the age of 8) I'm in the best shape I've been in a long time, and I'm not starving myself. It's really important to still make sure your body is getting the right type of foods and the right amounts to keep you healthy. As far as activities go, Yoga is great (try Bikrams if you really want to go die hard), rollerblading, running, swimming, walking, anything you can do to get outside and be active. I think everything I was gonna say has been mentioned already except for green tea... drink lots of it! studies have been done on it that say that it actually increases your metabolism by around 2% or so. Its not much but every little bit helps. I mean look at all the skinny asains! I swear its the tea!

i eat alot... especially when im bored....haha... but im not fat and not really skinny so its all good cuz when i do eat like a normal person and get a bita excercise i look good.... im jus happyy with my jelly... i dont think about my weight... i think more about my lungs from smoking.. and my liver from drinking and getting lotsa sleep..

I think when ever your out or deciding on somthign to eat... just always look for the better choice. Salad over fries tea over coffee etc. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or esculator etc... Oh and one I dont think mentioned witch is great for the abbs... sit and stand up straigt ALWAYS! Its a hard habbit to keep but just do your best to always suck in your gut and keep good posture... in time you should see some progress. |

I didnt read all the replys so forgive me if i repeat
eat 5-6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism drink lots of water~ also dont drink your carbs eat them...so stick to water and plain tea...oolong or green tea try "multi greens" its the healthiest thing you can do for your body..get it at the health food store make a point to exercise stay away from simple carbs: bread, rice, pasta and if you dont, choose whole wheats |
