i am an expert on this cuz i just lost 20 lbs
rules to live by 1) no eating after 7 (or approx 6 hours before bed) 2) watch your portion size (don't be a fucking pig) 3) eat a side salad before dinner to help fill you up 4) eat whatever the f you want, just do not eat a lot of it 5) drink lots of water 6) walk whenever possible 7) eat fruit if you're hungry in between meals hollah |

Get what the dr's think is gallstones and survive on things for one month containing
1. no lactose 2. no fat 3. not "solid" the only catch is you'll be in unbearable pain and then have the dr's finally figure out what's wrong with you months later! |
