the old krew was like family.. we we're tight bonded and everything.. we even spent the holidys together!!! who remembers thanx givin?.. now its slowly falling apart :(

you guys live in the past too much , its not going to make your relationships any tighter. the negativity is probably what ruined it in the first place. every year is differant, and i am thankful for all the new people ive met in the last year, probably becuase i dont feel threatened by them as much as you seem too

That is bullshit and is only true to those who want to believe it. If you think negatively actual events will follow suit.

I've never felt more alive and close to those around me. The inflow of disrespectful fucks only makes me appreciate my steadfast relationships more and work that much harder to keep them relevant. In order to keep them relevant, those relatinships must change just like everything in this world.

Trying to keep things "the way they were" is a really bad idea..the past is the past, it can never change,you will always have memories of it.New people come into your life all the time and if you don't accept them you are making a bad choice.Just because they weren't in your "old crew" shouldn't make them any less important to you.If you never open up to new people and changes you will never be happy, because unless you accept that things change you will just be bitter thinking about how things "used to be". If I had stayed in my group of friends from highschool I would have never met the amazing people that I have.Take your boyfriend for example, he wasn't part of the crew..but he's a really important part of your life now right?? Well,If you venture outside the bubble I guarantee your going to meet people you care about just as much as you care about your crew..It's not bad to still want to see them,share old memories and make new fun memories too, but to exclude other people is wrong. Change is a good thing, ignorance is not.
