i'm fairly scared as to why you are asking me this... but herpie cream would be a cream for a herpie, or possibly derived from a herpie... but since herpie isnt' even a word, i doubt it. but if you are referring to a cream/ointment that could be used to treat the Herpes virus, then I would definitely go with the latter.
