having lived on the 31 floor of a building with fire alarm issues, I have a bit of experience in this matter... i say 2-4 minutes down, anywhere from 5-12 back up... it really just depends on how rough-neck kenny is.

Hold on a second.. 2 min = 120 seconds.. over 30 floors means he was doing a flight of stairs every 4 seconds???
