Favorite Hip Hop Beats
So we know there's a lot of great contenders for best producer- but what are some of your favorite beats out there?

I'd have to say probably my all time favorites are:

Gangstarr- Work (that is #1, it makes me feel warm & fuzzy, premier has done a lot of beats that would fit on my list though)

Wu Tang Clan- Triumph (RZA is up there too, that is one of the best songs ever in terms of rhymes, flow & production. I think it's truly a pinnacle for Wu.)

Group Home- Da Real GH (suprize, premier does all their beats.)

De La Soul- Me, Myself & I

A tribe called Quest- Midnight Maurauders (aka god lives through.)

There's tons more but I'm curious to know what your choices for favorite beats are.

Jay-Z - dirt off ur shoulders
jedi mind tricks - saviourself
twista - drinks

and yeah, there are so many more......i think all of Cunninlynguists beats are OFFF THAAAAAAA HOOOOOOOOOOOOOK

heh - just the beats. I tend the buy the single so I can have the instrumentals and not have to listen to britney or justin or any of the top40 hacks out there (I do like Missy though). I usually just throw an a cappella of I tune I do like over top.

Pete rock and cl smooth - the basement feat. heavy d and robo(that jungle sample!)

a lot of the beats off Broken Arrow by Blackalicious are really tight. Same with Cut Chemist's stuff - I especially like Lesson 6 off the first J5 EP.
