Atomic Hooligan
Hooligan house seems to be all the rage these days in the U.K., with the Audio Bullys' Ego War being hailed as the dance album of the year by breathless British wags. Atomic Hooligan, on the other hand, has nothing to do with that turgid micro trend, strictly churning out hectic break beat anthems for the hardest of heads. Atomic's DJ Terry Ryan drops in to Tribeca on Saturday (June 14), where he'll be spinning up a storm on three decks. If you're going to get mugged by someone on Seymour Street, it might as well be a real-life Hooligan. Stick 'em up.
