^^^not true.
(we dont even offer a plan for "unlimited" service in canada) and i have never seen anything suprising on my own bill or any other customer's bill. it costs nothing to switch, the rates are competitive, and my customers like knowing that when they pay their bill a percentage of it is going straight to me. you have to "pay to get in" because it is a business, not a job. you own it yourself, run it yourself, you can will it to your children. if you want to get paid a gauranteed wage, whether you work super hard or slack really bad, then you better go find a J.O.B. where you can work just hard enough not to get fired to make money for someone else. Network marketing is an alternative for those of us who don't feel like sitting in prison from 9 to 5 for the next 40 years. I don't know about you, but I see it like this: if this thing might be able to buy my freedom while I'm still young enough to enjoy it, then I'm going to give it a try. It's not that big of an investment when you look at the possible return. How many of you have blown 500 dollars on a weekend and had nothing to show for it but a hangover on monday morning? Its not a lot of money. I'm on the verge of my first promotion and I have yet to be disappointed by Excel, as a customer or an IR. It's not necessarily easy, but it is a simple, duplicatable system, and I don't have to feel like a sleazebag all day selling strangers shit they don't want. I believe in the products and services, the power of the oppurtunity, and the future of this company. I leave for Europe on November 29th. I am going to work with our team in Ireland which just recently has been blowing up. I plan on being around for pre-launch when France, Spain and Italy all open up, then I'm going down to Australia and New Zealand to help open the company there. Global deregulation of telecom is something thats only going to happen once, and I intend to be a part of it. So please. You are a telemarketer...sitting on a phone, selling shit for someone else. do NOT insult my business, which I own, have worked very hard to build from nothing, and in doing so have helped other people change their lives for the better. There are eagles and there are ducks darling...quack! PS - Zyx, who's team are you on? I am a Maniac ;) Last edited by prozac; Jul 16, 04 at 11:50 PM. |

you call that a business? you call that YOUR business? AS A FUCING TELEMARKETER, I SAY THAT EXEL IS A SLEEZEBAG ORGANIZATION! (not a business) PFFFFT, Fucking EEAAGLLLE *EYE SPEET ON YOU!* -you probably know shit all about telephone service and phone companies and anything about the fucking phone exept how to dial that if you want to contradict what i just stated tell me what the fuck LOCAL TOLL is and how it works without looking it up on google... -didn't think so... peace |

Trade in? Trade in?! You're the ones who want to trade in your fucking lives in exchange for an hourly wage. I'm a little offended by this slimey sales pitch shit. I am not a salesperson at all. My friends and family are my customers because they would rather help me out than support some faceless corporate beast.
If you call Americans all day then you should know how retarded they are...dude, just because they don't understand the plan they are on does not make Excel a scam. I know nothing of the US facet of the business, seeing as I am Canadian and I operate in Canada. We don't even offer local service here yet, so *69 would be covered by Telus, has nothing to do with us. You seem to be getting verrrry agressive about this. "sleezebag"? "eye spit on you"? have you ever tried the service? what are you basing this dramatic ranting on? Look at what you do. You don't think harassing strangers in their homes is sleazy? You don't think making money off of lonely little old ladies in Nebraska with your agressive sales pitch is sleazy? This makes no sense. I work with a multi-billion dollar, record-breaking company that is expanding globally . . . but of course, its not a business. Oh, we are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau . . . but of course, we are not a business. Oh, we are members of the Direct Seller's Association (the network marketing industry's governing body which has standards stricter than Canadian law) . . . that definitely means there is no way we could be a business. Just because some americans dont understand their phonebill does not make Excel any less valid . |

I know telemarketing is a hated profession, and I'm not wild about it but I'm good at it and it pays my bills so I put up with it. It's a means to an end, and that end was paying off my credit card debt and saving up for a down payment on a mortgage, which if all goes well, I will be buying my condo within a month or so. The way I figure it is there are lots of people who get totally screwed by RMH/MCI but then again tons of people get screwed by at&t, sprint, verizon etc... So regardless every phone company, cell phone company and pretty much 99% of all businesses have unsatisfied customers who get f**ked over at one time or another (Primus F**KED me over bad a few years back) so whether it's some at&t telemarketer or me, an MCI guy that fucks someone over, regardless everyone gets it in the arse at one time or another, so if it gets my bills payed and my place bought, then FUCK THE UNITED STATES!!! BUY MY LONG DISTANCE AND SUCK MY ASS!!! Atleast I'm not harassing Canadians..... |
