Girls: Liquid or Pencil???

It all really depends on where I'm going and what I'm doing. I like pencil for everyday wear because it just gives your eyes the right definition. However if I'm going out at night I like to wear liquid because its more durable and doesnt smudge, and you can put a little pencil on top to create the sexy-smokey effect. Either way I love the stuff and never leave the house without it, you can be wearing nothing else on your face but liner and you look good.

I just bought one from cover girl and have noticed that it likes to rub off just under the bottom of my eye (not attractive)

Well, I have lotsa of allergies so I can't use most brands of make up.. For me, I use MAC eyeliner and it's the pencil kind. I love it, after a long night out it fades a lil bit so I just make sure I bring it out with me. MAC is one of the few brands that I can actually wear, and they've got such awesome colors (and the names of em are great too, lol).
Any other girls out there with 'cosmetics' allergies that know of some other good brands that I can try..?
