IMO, nice guys only finish last for the younger years.
As soon as a woman realizes that she wants to settle down, she starts looking for the nice guy who will take good care of her, love her, treat her like a queen, etc. Of course, there are always exceptions, but I feel like the older I get, and the older my friends get, the more we are looking for quality relationships, rather than being happy (or settling) with someone who is not 100% right for us.

I appreciate a great guy. I really do. Once and a while I fall for the cunt in the crowd but you live and you learn right.

I have not come accross a guy who can appreciate me though. That is what is frustrating. Ive noticed my friends fall into those relationships too.

Alot of times I find that the girls that complain about certain traits on a guy often are lacking alot of positive traits themselves. Sure your friends tell you that you can do better or deserve better when in reality, you are pulling just as much crap on him as he is on you...

I have found that if you walk away from people that aren't giving you what you need then you get exactly what you need. In the relationships where I was unhappy, I was being just as much as a "bitch" as my partner at the time.
