Depends...she either would glare at you to avoid saying "hey we should go out/fuck/whatever", or she would glare at you like "great another dick I know who CAN'T fix my problem."

I personally would think it was the first one though, so just ask her. If she's cool, she'll be straight up with it, and won't mind if you like her; she'll still continue the friendship. :)
