Independance
Who here hasn't had a bf/gf for a while say... more then 6 months, yet you arn't a loner, and hang out with guy and girl/friends all the time?
Yet, you arn't even bothered by the fact that you dont have a bf/gf there for you, and you dont have the so-called "need" for one, and you're completely happy with yourself. Is there anyone out there within this forum that sees where im coming from? PS, I think im back :D Wow that was a long break... Say about a year.

Okay so you just described me perfectly. lol.
The last time I went out with some one was .. january? see, I don't even remember.. thats how little it means to me. lol. But don't get me wrong here, guys are great. and sometimes it would be nice to have someone always here for me, but i've gone for so long without that. like you said, I don't NEED a boyfriend.

i have been single for over 9 months
and i don't feel the need to have a boyfriend because i am quite happy being by myself i do miss my ex but it is not out of lonliness but because i love him :) *huggles* nathaniel kristofer

things can be good both ways..
i was single for about 1 year or so. then i got into a relationship. lasted almost 7 months then we broke up. from there i was single for another 7 months or so? now i'm in another relationship (10 months now) but those times in between, i totally know what you mean. it's nice to have someone, but it' sokie to not be hoooked up. i just go with the flow, what happens happens. i don't like people who are so dependant on others that they can't last a few weeks without hooking up with someone. it's just stupid. i'd rather having something longer and more meaningful, than a stupid 1 month thing break up, and hook up with another person a week later. boooooring.

im in a mode rite now that i dont think ill be attracted neway to neone for a while.. the furthest i'll probably get is probably think someone is good looking but im at a point where i wont "try" cuz i know things just wont be working for me rite now. get flings AWAY from me.. i rather be single than be liking someone and gettin myself trapped into something that wont turn into a full blown relationship.
being a loner rocks.. freedom is great.

being busy.. dealing with things in my life... im glad im by myself right now...
i dont think i can deal with a relationship right now.. id probably land up hurting myself or the other person.... but i would like someone to cuddle with... :kimmie: just have fun with.. when were out together....

eek. i'm the least independant (in all tenses of the word) person i know, maybe next to my boyfriend. i love having a boyfriend, and i loved not having one. there's freedom in both.

thanks guys Yeah, i still like flirting , i think everyone does though, but i do it for fun, with no goal intended I guess all you have to really do is wait till someone "falls in your lap" then you know it's time to have a relationship. Oh yeah, hooking up isn't for me either, the emotionlessness is not for me and it ends up being awfully boring.
