VEGA: Complete whole food meal replacement
|

I'm guessing the only way to hide the taste would be to make it into smoothie form, that's what I do with my greens+. Just throw some frozen fruit/berries, plain no-fat yogurt (or soy), a banana, and some water into the blender. If you still can't stomach the full recommended serving, just half it and then keep adding a little more each day until you're used to the full serving.

True - and I would never replace regular food with it. I use it for its 25 grams of protein for pre and post workouts (I don't need much anyway).
Disco_Whore - is the plain yogurt necessary? I can't imagine a bunch of grinded up greens and herbs to taste good with it... |

if u don't need much, go buy the GNC brand iso whey protein mix. it tastes great and it works wonders. if ur intake is only 25g, i suggest u only take half the recommended amount. and i think GNC is having a buy one, get one half off sale right now on all GNC brand products, so u can probably get a couple kg's of the stuff for under $50, which with ur intake, would last u 4 months or longer. |

I'm sure the yogurt isn't 100% necessary, I just find that's what gives it all the smoothie-like texture. Expirement till you find something you like.
