How to find someones fnk profile?

I keep looking up my husbands name on the search option and I cant find his fnk profile? It says there is no one by that name. Is there a member list somewhere that I can just go too? Sorry if this is the wrong section but I couldn't figure out where else to ask.

does his name have alot of symbols or upper and lowcase variations?

because that is a known bug
