chrissy says NO!
my friend and i decided to start somersizing -- the suzanne somers "way of living with food"
it's not a diet because you can eat and eat and eat but you cannot have sugar or caffeine or alcohol and you cannot have carbs with proteins or fruit with anything else it's odd but interesting it's fun bringing an actual lunch to work instead of a cup of noodles i'm going to make my own mayo this weekend :) *huggles* |

isn't eating healthy fun!!
I love my spinache and soy drinks woohoo. I stay away from the caffeine pretty good (mostly because I might as well do jib if I'm going to drink a cup of coffee) but I'm a sucker for sour candies! I have to work on the whole no sugar part. Oh and cut down on the salt. I used to never use salt but now that I can't have pepper because of my stomache i need SOME taste. Oh and my boy has to stop feeding me alchohal when I go over to his house haha. ok its not his fault i'd be tdrinking anwyays but I want to cut down on that too. My dad does alot of food combination stuff and it worked great for him. So good luck hun :) |

thanks sweetie!
i'm on day 2 now and going strong! the sugar part is the most difficult because i used to be a sugar fiend. but i haven't had any cravings yet, even though there is a pile of sweets in our lunchroom. i'm just happily munching on my celery and hard-boiled eggs :) |
