an ethical dilemma i had today

well i got my test back today, and it said 31/31
so i was like super happy
but upon closer inspection, i should have gotten 29/31!

SO! i had to choose whether or not i should tell the teacher....after about an hour of 'toiling' i did tell her
and she didn't deduct any marks! so i was all ecstatic about that

the moral of this story: it's right to act right!
heh

now i have a good (well...better) mark and she knows i am of good character. word. i love being a goody two shoes sometimes

I've found that a number of times. As an example, coming back from the UK I brought back a bit more booze than I was allowed (due more to the size of the bottles than anything else). Rather than trying to sneak it through, I went up to declare it, and the lady gave a look like "what are you, kidding?" and said that's fine, to just go through.

i got a good one
my buddy got a raise at work
from 9.50 to 10.50
someone typo'd, and he was getting paid $15.00 instead of 10.50. heres the kicker. right after the raise, before he even found out his pay, he injured himself and went on wcb for like 3 months. about 2 weeks after he came back tehy realized, didn't make him pay anything back just brought him back down to 9.50, at which point he quit.

The moral of that story is: take advantage of morons. It's what they are for.

good one

whenever i got 100% i never got exactly 100%... it was a scaled mark for being at the top of the class.

but if i got a 100%, id be yo whussup and proceed to being the teachers favorite for the rest of the semester
hahaha

seriously doing the right thing is always best
even if it isnt an immediate reward karma has its way of comming back
best thign I think Ive done ever is when I found a camera at spooky '03 and gave it back to the owner
I didnt get any immediate reward
but instead thats how I met my best friend (paige -craz_E_blossom)
so its become a 1 and a half year reward

Especially when dealing with school work it's best to do the right thing.....even if you lose a few marks because of it it will show your teacher you have good character and they may be more forgiving in the future if you say hand something in alittle late
