Well a family member passed away a while ago.
And it seems that I don't get out much anymore. (I probably shouldnt post about this shit on f&k but I NEED to start feeling better...) I have way too much time to sit inside and feel shitty.. Jrock: PS is or even a word or have I over used it to the point of non existance? Hahaha. Word, brotha... I'm down. Oh and btw guys.. drugs and alcohol are not good solutions to depression even if it's situational, and you WONDER why you can't go a day without smoking weed? Fuuucktards... |

Because I kind of know what's going on in Claire's world, I don't think that it's exercize, drugs or keeping oneself busy that will assist in alleviating her depression.
I think with everything that has happened, it's OK to feel sad, and it's perfectly normal. This is all part of the process. Perhaps it's just a matter of coming to terms with certain things as far as the past is concerned, then trying to really improve your current situation (and maintain it), then look to the future.Unfortunately, there is no way I can really tell you how to come to terms with things, but in time I'm certain that you will find a way. It all takes time. Patience. You've got a lot of people to talk to if you ever need to, and you know that :) much <3 myra |

^yea what woman said
time and talking will makes things better i don't think you can ever really, fully heal from loss but you can learn to deal with it and come to terms but i think exercise can really help...it'll make you feel better bout yourself as a whole, and it's a good relaxer you should come out more....i'll come over one day, i swear! |

I'm buff Kelly, I'M BUFF!! (Yeah I'll come out sometime soon hopefully this weekend!, maybe after my dentist appointment on saturday...)
Haha.. LadyVenom, Get rid of death? ....Weirdo. Thanks Myra. I guess it's just that lately I've been feeling like I don't matter, is that normal? Somehow I doubt it. |

Well, it's common, but I wouldn't necessarily say it's normal.
Think of where you are right now, Claire. You have a REAL job, for the first time, you're taking care of yourself!!! That is something to be proud of. You've also drastically improved your life in several different areas- certainly not an easy task. Where you are right now in your life is unprecedented, and you did a lot of hard work to get there, so it's time to give yourself some credit. You've also dealt with circumstances you have absolutely no control over extraordinarily well, now give yourself some more credit. It's ok to be sad. Don't let anyone tell you to put a smile on your face and be happy, because this is all part of the grieving process. You give the best drunken hugs EVARR M |
