this worked for me when i was in super shape in the summer... first u gotta eat healthy, break ur meals into like 4 or 5 small meals a day.. and NEVER eat anything late or somewhat late at night, eat whole wheat instead of white, 1% milk, fruits, lotsa protein containing foods, etc etc etc etc, Drink like 8+ glasses of water a day, dont drink anything else..heating healthy like this and getting plenty of water should really boost ur energy(along with good rest), goto the gym 3 times a week, hold ur stomach in/flex ur ab's while u run.. then do the inverted crunch, the one where u lay at a slant upside down and do crunchs.. that works the best.. then do a couple other different ab exercises to make sure ur working all ur muscles.. make sure u take AT LEAST a day off in between heavily exercising ur ab's.. and make sure the day u drink a glass of orange juice morning and night, a long with a multivitamen, (vitamen C is an anti-oxidant, which helps repair ur muscles faster so that u can get back into working out after a day off without harming ur muscles).. Eat right, run 20 minutes a day, and work ur ab's heavily with a break in between work outs, you'll lose that tummy and no time!...

Ahh i love running!! its the answer to all your problems! well all mine anyway... cardio rules!
feeling down? go for a run... endophins baby! I run as much as I can... its soooo addictive... jsut dont listen to too hard music while you run.. or youll keep getting faster and faster *g* my only prob is getting shin splints... *bleh* ... they suck.. so i used to ride alot too.. but some bastard stole my bike... also I dunno how you ppls dance over there.. but over here there are a few dancing styles that take quite a lot of energy... you could try some of them.... Squash/Indoor Soccer/Netball are also good too.. and fun :) wish i didnt find swimming so boring... else id do that too... my 0.30c A. |

haha it works wonders I tell ya I used to have the perfect stomach.......1000 crunches per day, I was hardcore. But then I got lazy and lazier and lazier to the point where I don't work out at all now. Try to eat well, stay away from too many carbs. I gained a bit of weight because I pretty much lived on carbs, so to lose it I pretty much cut out all carbs, and I've been slowly re-introducing them. Also, try to make a concious effort to clench your abs during the day - just sitting there holding your abs in a tight position is a fairly good workout for them, and after awhile you won't even realize you're doing it! |

don't you fucking hate it...you gotta great body... then wham! this fucking pudge shows up out of no where. i walk so much, and i still got this fucking tummy. but...i'm quitting smoking, and i'm gonna replace cravings with runs, so maybe that'll help. a while back i tried "abs yoga" it's fucking awsome. you should try that, it's tough, but you feel great after the workout.
