I wish that I could untwist thoughts
The way you undo words
Giving them meaning
Hope, reason, and structure

Entangled in your head
They have no substance
You can’t grab on or understand
You can’t examine those fleeting intangible moments

So separate yourself from your thoughts
From your body
From everything
Detach yourself from yourself

You are left with all that matters
Three simple inescapable words
That, no matter which way you turn them,
Cannot be changed
