that article just proves that focusing on Abstinence education OBVIOUSLT ISN:T WORKING IN THE U.S.

People need to use condoms. We were all taught that.

Perhaps since the Religious Right has taken over in the states, kids aren;t learning about proper birth control methods and protection. ("hey kids! just don;t have sex! thats all you need to know")

The lesson here?

EDUCATION IS IMORTANT!!!
