Being someone who has been in this girls shoes (well.. in a similar situation, I dont know the whole story, and I dont know what kind of person she is or how her relationship with the other guy is) I can honestly say thats not always the situation either. Sometimes you meet someone you are almost sure you should/could be with. But that doesn't mean you know if its a good enough reason to leave the person you are with, especially if you still love them too.

Sometimes its just a case of bad timing.

Now that's not cool, she sounds either manipulative or stupid.

If she really does care about you and want to be with you, and has enough brains or common decency she wouldn't get into personal conversations with you about her b/f, especially if it entails complaining about him. And if she knows she shouldn't be doing that, then shes just fucking with you buddy and you should move on quick.
