what do you do if your best friend is in a relationship and is pregnant with his kid but is flirting and telling her ex boyfriend that she loves him n shit while shes flirting with his cousin?

Holy damn that's wrong. As her friend, you need to put your foot down and smack some sense into her. Now she is pregnant so estrogen/hormones are probably flying (aka. she is horny) but for Christ's sake, she is with someone and mothering his child!!!
It sounds like she has made the decision to keep it, but this isn't a good sign if she is already flirting with someone else... HIS COUSIN NO LESS! Sheeeeeeeeiiiit.

Have the take a walk on the downtown east side (ala Main & Hastings). If she doesn't mind, leave her there 'cause it's just a matter of time.
If she does, either relationship counciling or abortion seem to be some viable options. Get her man involved, don't give away any huge details but make sure you hint to him that things aren't as smooth as he might think. That or Jerry.

thanks everyone for responding but i have tried talking to her i keep telling her to make up her fucking mind it isnt good for her nor her baby...its juss gonna end up one big mess ball in tha end...and all she does is say "ya i know" and all that crap so fuck i dont know

she obviously doesnt know, and if your not her only friend im sure she has others saying the same thing. if shes not mature, than shes not mature. hopefully the birth of the child will smarten her up, but it seems like this is something she needs to realize on her own. maybe the messy situation with boys is the smartening up she needs, its awful for the baby, but she kinda has to make mistakes if she is going to mature. she got pregnant and in these days thats a pretty imature thing to have happen if your young, considering the vast amount of birth control and sex ed out there. the fact that she got pregnant i think says alot, and the fact that she hasnt become any more mature within her relationships further instates that shes straight up immature.
let her mess up, let her learn. if you love her as a friend should, help her keep her chin up, but you have to sometimes allow people to make mistakes and fuck up.
