you don't know anything.
i was in the bus a few weeks ago and happened to glance out the window when we stopped to pick a few more people up and saw that sentence:
"You don't know anything." written on the bus stop in black sharpy marker. i dunno, but it's funny sometimes how little random things like this can make you think so much about yourself. this one has stuck in my head. |

^ I volunteered there for more than 2 years.
Honestly, all the money they got (from calendars, magz, sponsors...) went straight to campaignings. and the staff. They have some very nice designers. and Kalle Lasn (the founder) makes no money from this org. |

i know magazines aren't made for free...isn't that why we pay a subscription?
but yeah, that's cool sean, i'm knocking it completely, i used to read them on a fairly frequent basis and i still browse through them...but it just seems to 'try hard' for me now. |

Its Called "Culture Jam". The book is a manifesto for the culture jamming movement.
yea. I've read no logo. Infact, thats how I found out about adbusters. Lasn caught me reading it on the bus, and introduced me to adbusters. there are a few refrences made to "no logo" in the book as well. I have it, I can lend it to you if you like. |

it's funny to think how long we go to school and study and yet, really, in terms of real life and the real world we still know nothing pretty much. |

i think people need as much help as they can get in deciding what car/clothes/etc defines them as a person, and what other products they absolutely need to have |
