Something is bothering me...
But I can't really pinpoint exactly what is really making me so upset...

perhaps it's just an accumulation of things that have irked me but I haven't dealt with properly because of my complete fear of confrontation.

When I think about it though, even with those things, it just still doesn't seem like enough to really really bug me...


but something is! and it's very frustrating :/

I know what you mean! I get these feelings of anxiety, somethings bothering me but I can't figure out what it is and it's the worst feeling, ever :( Most of the time it seems like I should be thinking of something in particular, but nothing comes to mind other than little stuff that really shouldn't and really doesn't bug me all that much. Then I start thinking that I'm forseeing something bad happening and I can't stop worrying! arg!

For the past couple weeks, Ive had this feeling. It just wont seem to go away. And when I try to think about what it is, I come to a blank and my mind seems to wonder off. Yet in the end its still bothering me. And then I start thinking about little things and they start bothering me. Its weird....

I'm not sure if it's the change in weather or something but babe I know exactly what your talking about. I woke up the other day pissed off for some reason but I don't know why then I've had this perturbed feeling for a couple of days. I hope I don't lose it on some random person for no reason.

the same thing is happening to me kind of! last night i couldn't sleep at all because i was worrying about stuff and stressing out about it all. i dont even know why or what. but then again.. ive always been a worrier.. stresser outter(haha) even when i was in like grade 3 i would get upset/worried/stressed about the stupidest things.
