When I'm feeling that way I go for a long walk (stanley park is the best), talk/hang out with great friends, work on my scrap books, read, clean (yes cleaning makes me feel better :silly: ) or do something nice for myself like a new hair cut! immerse myself entirely in work, completely unhealthy, but it can do the trick
like "well, I've been here 10 hours already, but why not stay another two and organize my pending folders! I won't have to think of the outside world at alll" |
