i made a mistake....and i feel like I cheated, not the other way around. but in a way i did i guess, but on myself. if that makes sense.

i messed around with a coworker of mine at a staff xmas function. she has a bf.

i feel like i cheated myself because i am better then that. i never thought i would let myself get into a situation like this. plus i still feel for my ex, so that throws another loop on it.

Oh, I thought you worked with the guy who's girlfriend you slept with... that would have been worse. I wouldn't worry about it too much, man... she's the one with a boyfriend to worry about. You still screwing around? If so, just stop if you feel guilty. If not, then don't worry about it. What's done is done, but next time you'll think twice about getting involved with someone who has a significant other.

Well, this stuff does happen. Remember, it's not 100% your fault, she had the ability to stop at any time.

Secondly, I know you feel guilty, but a little festive fooling around certainly does not mean your feelings have disappeared altogether.

It's impossible to not feel guilty, but it's all in the past. Take it, learn its lessons, move on. That's all you can do.
