mixed with the nargila? fuckign amazing high..... gives you crazy tobacco headrushes and insane weed highs at the same time...it only takes one huge toke...whoever gets the first toke gets the highest mix the tobacco and weeed together so the weed sticks onto the tobacco then put it in the bowl (about 1/2 bowl tobacco and 1/2 weed) and put the coal o ntop and smoke....
