does it matter what kind of underwear men were for size?

if a guy weres boxers they are small.
he told me if a guy has on boxer breifs or tightys then he is well stacked!!

thinking this cant be true!but i wanted to know some thoughts from you regarding this matter as me and my girls are now courios
