Just reverse the situation. If you were passed out and your gf left to go get smashed and party, it wouldn't be an ideal situation either. Relationships are a two way street, as long as both of you finish each situation u do together, on terms of strength, there's no such thing as being whipped.
Often people think I'm whipped just because I don't want to go out due to a long week, or I just haven't seen my gf that much for that particular week, or whatever the reason may be. The same goes with her, she used to be a big party chick, but now, she'll only go out when everyone can be included, plain and simple. For each of us, we just see it in terms of what's fair, and what's just straight ridiculous. Everyone's different, and everyone should find that common ground between eachother, but when viewed from others, often when people say some one is whipped, they often don't have any idea what goes on behind the scenes, and thus often becomes quite irrelavent in the end.
