What's the male equivalent of Crazy Cat Lady?

I figure it's guy who mumbles to himself (sometimes becoming louder, when agitated) on the bus. I think I told someone the other day that I don't think I'm too many steps/years from becoming that guy.

Naw, I've always been picky its just I find that I've gotten pickier to the point where I am almost never happy... I can find maybe one or two traits that I like but then the rest just bore me... ah well, what can you do?

Could be you're externalizing the unhappiness within - aka sounds like inner demons need to be brought to peace before you're ready to embark on another emotional journey.
