i drink more...booze..cause and solution to every problem**
on a seriouse note i deal with my problems by actually talking about them...alot of ppl arentrythfulabout what is on there mindand then they bottle it all up inside. Aventually you explode and make matters way worse than they ever needed to be. i find true friends and writing in a journal personal work wonders for me...mostly you have to remember that onyl you can make changes in your life and noone makes you feel the way you do but you...you have the power to make things better by the way you think and deal with a situation. Sometimes you have to be a little selfish and take care of number 1...cause noone else is going to it for you...and always know what your going thru, there is always someone way worse off and going thru rough times too..when your depressed you forget that this might happen to others and there is probably a solution ...cheer up smile and know you have good ppl in your life who care greatly for you...and neoh if you ever need to talk im always here |

Dont mean to sound mean.........but if you are depressed it might be due to the computer so before you read anymore posts get out because humans need human contact to feel good usually. oh and if you have a dog or cat play around with. A game like fetch its fun, good exercise and if you're outside u can meet plenty of people and possible dates

Honestly all of these people above have stated perfectly good solutiones. Therapy, working out, find a passion, create, listen to some music, just keep yourself busy... it will pass. Everyone goes through "sessions" like these, but you just gotta get yourself through them.

For a long time i used marijuana to cope with depression. Now im finally starting to realize it probably causes alot of my depression and other mental foibles in the first place. so now im cuttin back on that stuff(tryin anyways). Writing(or any creative thing), Exercise, Socializing, Keeping Hydrated, Eat well wit vitamins, and cigarette smokin are what i use now. Thats just me and what i know.
Everyone else in this thread has stated similar or same suggestions, which are all the suggestions youll probly find anywhere really. Theres only so much we as people can do for our own ups and downs. hope it helps a little wit those shitty shitty days we get sometimes. good luck bud! |
